Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital is pleased to welcome cardiologist Gabriela Orgeron, M.D., FACC, to Houston Methodist Cardiology Associates at Sugar Land. Dr. Orgeron is currently accepting new patients.

Orgeron specializes in cholesterol disorders, echocardiography, heart failure, hypertension, nuclear cardiology, palpitations/arrhythmias, peripheral artery disease, prevention and treatment of coronary artery disease, valvular disease, and women’s cardiovascular disease. She is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and nuclear cardiology.

 

“I am excited to join Houston Methodist Cardiology Associates at Sugar Land,” said Orgeron. “I look forward to providing comprehensive and personalized care to my patients with cardiovascular disease so that they can lead long and healthy lives.”

 

Orgeron earned her medical degree from University of Azuay School of Medicine in Cuenca, Ecuador. She completed an internal medicine residency at Medstar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. Orgeron also completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland and a cardiovascular disease fellowship at Case Western Reserve MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. Orgeron is fluent in Spanish.
